M Jagadesh Kumar (UGC Chairman) has said that this year they have plans to increase the number of exam centres to 1000. There were around 450 centres last year but this year there will be extra centres for the CUET exam to be on standby in case any glitches come up.

CUET UG Application Form 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Given below are the detailed eligibility criteria for CUET UG 2023:

• Nationality- Applicant must be Indian
• Age Criteria- No lower or upper age limit for the exam. However, aspirants will have to satisfy the age criteria laid down by the desired university. 
• Minimum Qualification- Class 12th or its equivalent exam from a recognized State or Central Board of Education. 
• Minimum Aggregate- No minimum aggregate has been issued by NTA. However, candidates must have passed class 12th or its equivalent exam.*

CUET Application Form 2023: How to Select Exam Centre

Following the guidelines is the smart way to choose an examination centre for CUET 2023.

• The applicants are given the freedom and provision of choosing two test centres based on their preferences.
• If the given examination centres are not close to the applicant's location, the applicant must choose the one that is closer
• Applicants will not be permitted to change the CUET 2023 Exam Centre under any circumstances.
• The National Testing Agency has the authority to cancel any examination centre if there are very few candidates registered for it.
