Selection and Counselling Procedure after SRMGEET

SRM Graduate Engineering Entrance Test (SRMGEET)is being conducted ever year for the admission to M.Tech course. The candidates can check the details related to selection and counselling procedure here.

Selection Procedure: -
You would be selected on the bais of your performance in the SRM Graduate Engineering Entrance Test (SRMGEET); however ,those with a valid GATE score can also apply for SRM M.Tech programs.

Counselling Process:

• SRMGEET Counselling is held on the basis of merit list that is prepared by the university after considering the marks obtained by the you and eligibility for the course .
• You have to report for counselling on the specified date and time. In case of unforeseen circumstances, you can send your representative with proper authorization as specified by the university.
• You must be carried your original certificates with two sets of copies along with the SRMGEET counselling call letter.
• After reporting to the University at the specified time on the specified date, you must sign the register and indicate your course preferences for the counselling.
• The allotment of seats as per your eligibility and rank in the SRMGEET.
• It is mandatory to pay the admission fees by DD in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai and confirm your admission formalities.
