1. Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Managementu

• The program is structured in a manner to provide professional education with the latest trends and development in the Hospitality Industry. The modules studied during the three years covers a wide range of operational areas of Service Sector. Special attention is given to the forces driving change and major issues encountered by today's hospitality professionals

Program Overview:

• Degree provides fundamental Hotel Management skills to students.
• The first year introduces the concept of hotel management
• The second year builds on the theoretical & practical knowledge acquired in the first year
• The third year examines the operational functions of hospitality industry
• The program is offered by UEI Global, through UGC approved degree from NAAC Accredited University
• The Annual Examination is conducted by the University
• The student earns one International Certificate "Foundation Certificate in International Hospitality Management" by Hotelschool The Hague, The Netherlands

2.Diploma Courses

A. Foundation Certificate in International Hospitality Management

• The Program extends over a period of One Year
• An exciting program covering a happening industry at an undergraduate level. The program lays down a solid foundation on the basics of the Hospitality Industry. The program deals with restaurant operations, front desk operations, decision making, inventory control, purchasing expertise and guest relation skills.
• While the International Certificate gets the student credit waiver in U.K. and European Universities, the same program has been awarded the Diploma title by Bharathiar University post an assessment from Bharathiar University.
• Eligibility for admission: The applicant should have passed Higher Secondary Examinations 10+2 from State or Central Board or equivalence from a recognized Board.

B.Grand Certificate in International Hospitality Management

• The Program extends over a period of One Year.
• This program offers opportunities to the students to gain an academic qualification whilst undertaking the tasks required to perform their jobs. The students will be able to link theoretical knowledge to what and why they do things in their working day.
• Professionals with relevant industry experience and employed in the industry or graduates can also opt for the course. The International Certificate gets students credit waiver in European and UK Universities.
• Eligibility for admission:Candidates for Admission to the program shall be required to have passed Higher Secondary Examinations 10+2 from State or Central Board or equivalence.

In ADDITION to the above, the candidate should have completed or passed ANY ONE of the following:

• Foundation Certificate in International Hospitality Management or Certificate in Food Preparation
• 1–3 Year Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/Hotel Management from any approved body
• Degree (Graduation) in any Discipline from a Recognised / Approved University
• Upto 2–3 Years of work experience in Hospitality sector

C.Certificate in Food Preparation

• The Program extends over a period of One Year.
• This program offers opportunities to the students to gain an academic qualification whilst undertaking the tasks required to perform their jobs. The students will be able to link theoretical knowledge to what and why they do things in their working day.
• The program facilitates learning of all food skills needed when they start their career as a professional. The program consists of building blocks developed to take them step-by-step through the food techniques and skills. This in turn helps them make a great career in the hospitality industry.
• Eligibility for admission:
• The applicant should have passed Secondary or Higher Secondary Examinations from State or Central Board or equivalence from a recognized Board.

3.Postgraduate Programme:

MBA in Tourism & Hotel Management

• The Program extends over a period of Two Years

• Program:
• There is no entrance test for seeking admission into the program. The Examination is conducted and the Degree is awarded by NAAC ‘A’ approved Universityy7
