About Client Service Manager

A Client Service Manager is a person who interacts with a customer on behalf of the company. Also called a Customer Service Manager, he/she is responsible for providing updated information to a company's clients regarding any product or services that the customer has purchased or subscribed from the company. The job of a Client Service Manager is crucial as he/she is one of the main factors that can affect a client's relationship with the company.
