Eligibility Criteria for Haryana Post Basic Nursing Admission 2024

For Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing admission 2024, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria outlined by the conducting authority. Here are the requirements:

1. Age: Applicants must be at least 21 years old by December 31, 2024.

2. Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have passed the Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary/ Intermediate or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

3. Metric Completion: Those who completed Metric (equivalent to 10th grade) before 1986 are eligible for application.

4. Nursing Registration: Aspirants must be registered with any state nurse registration council as RN or RM or possess a certificate in General Nursing & Midwifery.

5. Medical Fitness: Candidates must be declared medically fit by a competent Medical Board constituted by PGIMS, Rohtak.

Eligibility Criteria for Haryana M.Sc. Nursing Admission 2024

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Nursing Admission in Haryana for 2024 has been mentioned below.

  • The minimum age requirement for Haryana M.Sc. Nursing admission 2024 is 22 years.

  • Candidates must have attained this age before or on 31st December 2024.

  • The aspirants must have passed B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Nursing (Hons.)/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an INC (Indian Nursing Council) recognised College of Nursing in India.

  • General candidates must have scored at least 55 % marks in aggregate in any of the mentioned degrees.

  • For SC/ ST/ OBC candidates, the minimum requirement is 50 per cent marks.

  • The candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) or equivalent from any State Nursing Registration Council.

  • The work experience requirements for M.Sc. Nursing admission in Haryana is a minimum of one-year experience from a recognised institute.

  • Candidates who score well in the entrance examination will make it to the merit list for Haryana PBB.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing Counselling 2024.
