As declared earlier by NTA, the syllabus for NEET 2024 is based on the NCERT syllabus of classes 11th and 12th. Any NEET 2024 aspirant should plan his/her NEET preparation based on NCERT textbooks of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
A NEET 2024 aspirant must contribute at least 10-12 hours of focused preparation post his/her board examinations in order to complete the syllabus on time and have time for revision as well.
Post preparation of the entire syllabus of NEET 2024, an aspirant is advised to practice at least one mock test every day with the timer set for the duration of the exam.
The NTA has issued the exam duration for NEET 2024 in the admission notification for all registered candidates. The NEET 2024 will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM giving a duration of 200 minutes (3 hours 20 minutes).
Both of the examinations have a common syllabus of NCERT textbooks, however, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared that NEET 2024 will include the NCERT syllabus of classes 11th and 12th.
