One is greeted with a vibrant and bustling atmosphere upon stepping into Ganpat University. The main campus of GUNI spans over 300 acres of lush green area with more than 50,000 grown trees all around. The campus has a well-developed infrastructure with 100+ academic buildings including classrooms, laboratories, hostels, sports facilities and libraries. 

Looking at the course offerings, Ganpat University offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes such as B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, BA, B.Pharm, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, and PhD. Along with this, it provides a healthy faculty-student ratio of 1:15. Ganpat University follows its own curriculum which focuses on the overall development of the students. As per students, the examination level is easier than the State University of Gujrat. However, students are left wanting more in terms of expert faculty and exposure.

GUNI should continue to improve its ranking to maintain its position. Furthermore, it also ranked in the top 50 science universities in India by Outlook which is based on various. This clearly shows the commitment of Ganpat University in the science domain.

Ganpat University's academia is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in their chosen field. Ganpat University offers a wide range of courses under its umbrella in Technology, Science, Computer Applications, Commerce, Pharmacy, Architecture, Pure and Applied Sciences and Management. The university is popular for its science and pharmacy programmes and research and innovation initiatives. The curriculum of Ganpat University is a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge. Ganpat University’s student body has a larger share of home-state students depicting its strong regional presence and popularity. However, the percentage of students outside Gujarat is critically low (6%). Additionally, the presence of global students is also very low. The university must focus on expanding its horizons! 

The gender distribution at Ganpat University varies course-wise. The higher percentage of female students can be seen in PG (1 Year) and UG (5 Year) courses. However, a downfall in the percentage can be seen in UG (4 Year) and PG (2 Year) courses. Overall the enrollment of females is only 30% which is something for the university to work on.
