UGC NET Syllabus for Commerce: TheUGC NET exam 2024 is set to be conducted between June 10 to June 21, 2024. The exam is conducted to recruit candidates for the vacancy of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellow. This is a National Level Examination that is conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates to be selected for a prestigious post in India under the University Grants Commission.

UGC NET 2024 Exam Pattern

To crack the examination, all candidates are to prepare the following chapters and subjects about Commerce. As per the guidelines, UGC NET is conducted in two shifts, with Paper-1 and Paper-2. Paper-1 contains general questions, which are to be attempted by students from all streams, while Paper-2 contains questions relating specifically to the subject chosen by the candidate, here, Commerce. The exam will be conducted for the entire duration of three hours, under which candidates will have to answer a total of 150 questions carrying 2 marks each. Students are advised to attempt all questions. Applicants need not worry about losing marks, as there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
