CBSE Class 12th Science Syllabus 2025-26: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the CBSE 12th Syllabus 2026 on March 29, 2025 on its official website at cbseacademic.nic.in . This year, the CBSE class 12 exams 2026 will begin on February 17, 2026 and will continue till April 4, 2026. The board exam will cover the full curriculum in a single term. Some of the important changes that the board has introduced are the inclusion of 9-Point Grading Scale where the 12th board exam will be assessed using the 9-point grading system similar to Class 10. Secondly, students can choose one elective subject from Informatics Practices, Computer Science, or Information Technology (only one of the three).
