Uttaranchal University BSc Nursing 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The university demands that all candidates meet the following set of criteria to be eligible for admission to the BSc Nursing program:

  • The minimum age of the applicant should be 17 years as of December 31, 2021

  • The applicant must have passed 12th Grade (10+2) with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and English/Elective English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board under HSCE/SSCE/ICSE/CBSE/AISSCE or any other equivalent Board. For candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC Category, the required aggregate is 45% in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English combined.

  • Students taking the 12th Grade (10+2) exams in Science under the National Institute of Open School must score 50% aggregate marks

  • Applicants can apply for admission only once a year

  • The applicant must be medically fit and healthy

Steps to Fill Up Uttaranchal University Admission Application 2022

The Application Form for admission in Uttaranchal University BSc Nusing is available on the university portal. Here are the steps to fill out the form:

  • Visit the Uttaranchal University website

  • Go to the Online Registration for BSc Nursing section

  • Enter your Name, Email ID, Contact No. Select your Country, State, City, Program (BSc Nursing) from the Dropdown

  • Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the ‘Submit’ button

Important Instructions to Note During Online Registration

  • Candidates are advised to go through all details entered in the Application Form before submission

  • Following submission, a confirmation mail along with the registration activation link will be sent to all candidates via email. Candidates will need to click on the link to activate the registration account

  • The activation link will automatically direct candidates to the login/account page for the next step i.e. filling up academic details

  • The last step is the payment of the application fee. Candidates will need to pay an amount of INR 1200 (an additional INR 50 may be chargeable for all payments made using Net Banking/UPI/Credit/Debit cards)

  • Once this is done, an online receipt will be generated confirming the payment

  • Candidates must note that online registration will be considered complete only after successful payment of the application fee.

  • Get a printout of the Application form for your record  

Uttaranchal University BSc Nursing admission forms 2022

The admission form for BSC Nursing in Uttaranchal University are out and here are some important instructions for filling out registration form:

  • Fill out the details in the “Registration form”.
  • A confirmation mail will be sent to you from the authorities on your email along with the registration activation link.
  • When you click on this link you will be notified that your registration account has been activated.
  • After the activation, it will redirect you to the online registration account
  • You can now go to the login page or your account page where you will be filling out all other academic details.
  • The payment details must be kept ready which can be done with the help of a credit/debit card/UPI/Internet Banking. 

Payment receipt

  • The application fees for the BSc Nursing course is 1200/- and a processing charge of 50/- will be levied on payment done through credit or debit card or UPI/Internet Banking. So a total amount of 1250/- needs to be submitted.
  • After the confirmation of the payment, a receipt will be generated online and an email with the payment confirmation will also be sent. 
  • This step marks the end of the online registration process. 
  • Candidates are advised to take a printout of the payment confirmation for their own record and also for future reference.  .

Uttaranchal University BSc Nursing 2022 Admission Procedure

Admission to BSc Nursing courses is based on the candidate’s merit/marks obtained in NEET or other equivalent qualifying examination/performance in the Personal Interview (PI) round. Candidates must also note that out of the total intake, Uttaranchal University has 40% of the seats allotted to students in Uttarakhand under the State quota. The rest are available for students from all over India. Any vacant seats under the State quota will also be filled by All India students.
