Candidates should be aware that all of these courses will only include questions up to the Class 12 level. The exam will be administered in both English and Hindi (except for the English Comprehension portion which will only be in English). 

The B.Ed CET exam will contain 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and a proctored computer-based test (CBT) of 2.5 hours. Candidates will be awarded plus four marks for each correct answer and -1 will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

The User ID and Password for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be supplied to applicants at their assigned computer terminal 10 minutes before the examination begins. • The two-year B.Ed program has 92 credits, of which the student must earn 88.
• Three credits are assigned for theory in a four-credit course, and one credit is assigned for practical tasks or fieldwork.
• In a two-credit course, one credit is assigned to theory, and the other credit is assigned to practical assignments or fieldwork.
• In a theory course, one credit equals one hour of instruction.
• In the practical course, one credit equals two hours of engagement in teaching and learning.

• The external to internal mark ratio for a Practical course is 60:40.
