Mizoram TET 2019 results for Paper - I exam have been released on the official website of Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE). Candidates can check Mizoram TET 2019 results on the official website. 

Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) will conduct Mizoram TET 2019, and the board has released the official notification for the same. Mizoram TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) is an eligibility test conducted for aspiring candidates who are looking for a career as a teacher to determine his/ her eligibility for teaching posts in government and private schools across the state. Candidates aspiring to become a teacher in government schools must clear Mizoram TET. However, qualifying in Mizoram TET does not guarantee a job, and there will be another recruitment test or selection process for the same. About Mizoram TET 2019

Mizoram TET 2019 notification has been released, and the application process for the TET will commence on the scheduled dates specified by the board. TET aspirants of Mizoram must note that there is no online application process for the eligibility test. The official notification for Mizoram TET 2019 is uploaded on the official website of MBSE, and the same has been published in all the local newspapers. Mizoram TET Result 2019

Mizoram TET results 2019 results have been released by Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) on February 11, 2019. The results of Mizoram TET 2019 are available on the official website of MBSE. However, MBSE has released the MTET 2019 results in the PDF format. The candidates can check the result through the official website, and admit card or hall ticket number of Mizoram TET 2019 is mandatory to check the results. MBSE has published the list of candidates who have qualified and not qualified in the Mizoram TET 2019 exam. Eligibility Criteria for Mizoram TET 2019

Mizoram TET is divided into Paper I and Paper II. The Paper I exam is for primary teachers and Paper II exam is for upper primary teachers. The eligibility criteria for primary and upper primary teachers are given below.

  • Mizoram TET Paper II is conducted for upper primary teachers.
  • Candidates who have passed B.A, B.Sc or B.Com with 45-50% of marks and B.Ed with 50% of marks are eligible to apply for Paper II exam of Mizoram TET.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree and B.Ed can also apply for the Paper II exam.

Mizoram TET Application Form 2019 – Apply Offline

Mizoram Board of School Education accepts the offline application for Mizoram TET 2019. The aspirant must note that there is no online application process for Mizoram TET, and all the activities related to the application process such as application fee, application filling and submission would be done in offline mode.

Mizoram TET 2019 Application Fee

Candidates willing to apply for Mizoram TET must visit the MBSE office to pay the application fee and obtain the Mizoram TET application form and information bulletin. The details regarding the Mizoram TET application fee can be checked below.

Documents Required to Mizoram TET Application Form 2019

The candidates must affix the photograph in the Mizoram TET 2019 application form. Along with the application form, the candidates must submit xerox copies of all the documents mentioned in the Mizoram TET 2019 information bulletin. Most probably, the candidates must submit xerox copies of Class 12 certificate, D.EI.Ed / B.Ed certificate, and UG certificate or mark sheet. Candidates pursuing final-year D.EI.Ed/ B.Ed must submit the documents as specified in the information bulletin of Mizoram TET 2019.

How to Fill Mizoram TET Application Form 2019?

Mizoram TET application form is filled in offline mode. The steps to obtain and fill the application form of Mizoram TET can be checked below –

  • Visit the MBSE office
  • Go to the relevant counter to deposit the Mizoram TET application fee and obtain the application form.
  • After the payment of application fee, the official will issue Mizoram TET application form and information bulletin.
  • Read the information bulletin, which consists of details about eligibility, application filling guidelines, syllabus, exam pattern etc.
  • Fill the application form with a ballpoint pen as per the instructions mentioned in the information bulletin of Mizoram TET.
  • Affix the passport size photograph wherever necessary.
  • You should provide your signature in the application form wherever necessary.
  • After filling the application form, crosscheck all the details.
  • Submit the application form at MBSE office within the specified date.
  • After submitting the Mizoram TET application form, the official at the counter will issue an acknowledgement.
  • Preserve the acknowledgement and fee payment receipt for future reference.
  • Candidates can refer the information bulletin for any other queries on application form filling.

Mizoram TET 2019 Admit Card

Admit Card for Mizoram TET 2019 will not be available on the official website of MBSE. Mizoram Board of School Education may issue hall ticket or admit card for Mizoram TET after the submission of application form at MBSE office or by post. If the MBSE does not issue the admit card after the submission of application form, it will be sent by post two weeks before the examination. Therefore, the candidates need to worry or panic about the availability of Mizoram TET admit card. The admit card of Mizoram TET will have details such as Date of the Exam, Venue of Exam, Time of Exam and Details of the Candidates.

Mizoram TET Syllabus for Paper I and Paper II

Mizoram TET syllabus for Paper 1 & 2 will be available on the official information bulletin of Mizoram TET. The candidates must note that the syllabus for Mizoram TET will be similar to CTET examination. More details are elaborated below.

  • Candidates can refer to B.Ed/ D.Ed textbooks for Child Development and Pedagogy.
  • For Language I, the candidates can refer Class 6 to 10 language syllabus of Mizoram Board of School Education. The syllabus will mostly have grammar topics associated with Language I.
  • For Language 2 – English, the candidates can refer Wren and Martin High School English Grammar and Composition Book, and practice the exercises for the topics such as Tenses, Active and Passive Voice, One Word Substitutes, Antonyms, Synonyms, Direct and Indirect Speech, Parts of Speech and Idioms.
  • Mathematics and Environmental Studies in Paper 1 will be based on basics, and the syllabus will be only up to the primary level.
  • For Paper 2, Mathematics/ Social Studies/ Science syllabus will be based on Class 6 to 10 syllabus of Mizoram Board of School Education.
  • Apart from the above, candidates appearing for Paper 2 must refer to teaching methodology books of Maths/ Science/ Social Studies.

Mizoram TET Answer Key 2019

The answer key for Mizoram TET 2019 will be released on the official website of MBSE a couple of days after the completion of the exam. Mizoram TET answer key will help the candidates to estimate his/her score in the exam. Through answer key, the candidates may figure out whether they have cleared Mizoram TET or not. Candidates will be allowed to file objections on the Mizoram TET answer key if any. The final answer key of Mizoram TET will be released a few days before the announcement of results.

Selection Procedure of Mizoram TET 2019

Mizoram TET does not have a specific selection procedure. The candidates who appeared for the exam will be declared qualified only if they score minimum cutoff marks or percentage prescribed by MBSE. So far, MBSE has not given clarity on the cutoff marks, and the same can be checked in the information bulletin of Mizoram TET. Usually, the candidates belonging to General Category must score 60% of marks in TET to qualify the exam. The cutoff percentage for other categories will be different. TET score will have weightage in the teacher recruitment process.

Mizoram TET 2019 Certificate Validity

Candidates who qualify Mizoram TET 2019 will get an eligibility certificate from MBSE. The certificate will be valid for five years from the date of announcement of Mizoram TET results 2019. The candidates must preserve the Mizoram TET certificate, as it is very important for teacher recruitment test or for the selection of teachers in government schools. Candidates can appear for further Mizoram TET exams conducted by MBSE to improve their score.
