Nashik FYJC 11th Admission 2023-24

The Round 2 registration for Nashik FYJC 11th Admission 2023-24 began on June 27, 2023. Right after FYJC 2023 Round 1 ended on June 26, 2023, the School Education and Sports Department started the next round registration process. Students who wanted to apply for FYJC (First Year Junior College) could fill out the Round 2 registration form from the official website, nashik.11thadmission.org.in. The Centralised Online Admission Process (CAP) for Class 11th for the academic year 2023-24 is conducted by the School Education and Sports Department. FYJC Round 1 merit list 2023 was released on June 21, 2023 on the official website and candidates whose names appear on the 1st merit list had to take admission to the allotted colleges. Those who are seeking admission to FYJC Class 11th but did not make it to the 1st merit list should wait for the FYJC 2023 Round 2 merit list which will be released on July 3, 2023. Candidates whose names will be released on the 2nd merit list will have to complete the admission process by the deadline.

Nashik FYJC 11th Admission 2023-24 Eligibility Criteria

FYJC Nashik Online Admission 2023-24 eligibility criteria for obtaining admission in Junior colleges is discussed as follows:

  • Students must have passed class 10 or SSC or equivalent exam.
  • Students must have English as one of the subjects in their prior qualification.
  • Those students who wish to choose bifocal subjects in their Junior college must not have chosen General Mathematics in their Class 10.
  • Those students who have passed class 10 with a minimum score of 35% are eligible for admission in science subjects in FYJC Nashik.
  • Students who come under the reserved category must have their caste documents ready in order to claim a reservation.
  • Candidates must all the original documents along with them if they are applying under special categories such as sports, art and culture, wards of employees of state govt or central govt or private sector coming on transfer in MMR, wards of servicemen and ex-servicemen, wards of freedom fighters, handicapped, project-affected, earthquake affected.

Students are advised to fill the application form on time in order to secure admission in Nashik junior college.

How To Apply for Nashik FYJC 11th Admission Online 2023-24?

Students are required to follow the following steps in order to Apply for Nashik FYJC 11th Admission Online 2023-24:

  • Students must purchase the information booklet from the school or respective guidance centre.
  • Students must read the booklet carefully in order to understand the admission process for Junior college admission.
  • In the next step, students are required to login to the areawise website on the online portal.
  • Use the login ID provided in the booklet to login for the first time. Students then can change the password and form a new password once they have successfully logged in.
  • Students are required to answer the security questions and answer them appropriately. Students must remember all the details for future logins.
  • Students must take the print of security questions and answers and must preserve it carefully for any future use.

PART-1

  • Students are required to follow the instructions displayed on the screen in order to fill the application form.
  • Students who have completed Class 10th from Maharashtra State Board  are required to enter their SSC seat no. which will automatically display all the information on the screen.
  • Those students whose information is not displayed after entering the SSC seat number are required to enter all the required information manually.
  • Students must fill an online admission form from their respective school/guidance centre. 
  • Once the Part-1 has been completely filled, candidates are required to re-check all the information i.e. Name, Mother’s name, date of birth, category, Reservation Mob. No. etc. and get it approved from their respective school centre or guidance centre.
  • Maintain all the documents required for approval.
  • Students must take the print of the approved form and keep it safe for any future use.

FYJC Part 2 Admission Form

11th admission process should be started in Schools, where the process of determining the admission capacity has been completed.  The 11th admission process will be started after the 10th result of the CBSE board for the area where 11th class admission is done through central online mode.  Until then, the process of determining the access capacity should be completed by verifying the physical facilities.  The following steps should be taken regarding the etc. 11th admission in the central online admission area.  Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, Nashik, Amravati, Nagpur etc. 11th admission process will be done centrally online, for the 11th admission process conducted in these cities. The process of filling part-1 of the admission form through the portal is underway.  Since the 10th exam result has been declared, most of the students are waiting to fill the part-2 of the application form and start the admission rounds.  The reason, in order to save their further time: For those students who have completed the Part-1 of the online admission application, the process of giving preference i.e. filling the Part-2 Option Form of the application is being started.  In this, students can choose their preferred schools for 11th admission and register their preferences online.  Along with that, you can also apply online for admission under quota in schools of your choice.  Hereby only the registration process is started the schedule for actual admission will be announced after the CBSE result the details of previous admission round procedure is attached.  This year, apart from giving preference order in Part-2 of the Central Admission (CAP Seats), the facility to apply online for admission under Quota Seats has been provided.  

The result will be announced later.  Along with the details of the procedure before the admission round, the facility of applying online for admission under the quota seats has been provided in the Part 2 of the application for the Central Admission (CAP Seats) this year.  In this way, the list of students who have applied online for admission under the quota will be shown to the schools and accordingly it will be easier for the schools to give quota admissions according to merit.  At present only Apply, the schedule for the actual admission process will be given later.  Application for CAP Seats Part-II allows students to register their preference for a minimum of one and a maximum of ten schools and the application is required to be locked.  As entry under the quota is voluntary, there will be no such compulsion.  The detailed schedule regarding giving Allotment for admission as well as determining the admission in the received Vidyalaya (including quota admission) will be given after the result. 

Option Form Part-2 Filling Schedule (CAP + Quota Seats)

5. Candidates who have verified Part-1 can fill Part-2 immediately.

6. Schedule Regarding allotment and admission procedure for regular round-1 will be released thereafter.

7. New Students will get three to four days to fill Application Form Part-1 and Option Form Part-2 and after that the admission round will start.
