Eligibility Criteria for PUCET Mass Communication 2021

Meeting the eligibility criteria for PUCET 2021 is mandatory for you to proceed with your application. Here are the requirements that you must meet:

  • You must have completed your Class 12 level of education with a minimum of 50% marks. 

  • After that, you must have complete a bachelor’s degree like BA/ B.Sc with Mass Communication or Journalism. 

  • In the bachelor’s degree, you must have scored a minimum of 45% marks.

How to Apply for PUCET Mass Communication Exam 2021?

  • The application of PUCET Mass Communication 2021 is done in an online mode. 

  • For this, you will have to visit the official website of the conducting authority. 

  • You will be able to find a direct link to the application portal on the homepage of the website. 

  • After clicking on the link, you will first have to register with the website and then log into it again to commence the application form filling. 

  • While filling the form, you will be required to enter your personal details and important documents. 

  • Once you have entered the required information and submitted the documents, you can submit your application. 

  • For this, you will have to pay an application fee amount. 

  • Make sure to take a print out of the application form before submitting it as it may be useful to you in future.

  • You will have to carry this document to the examination hall. In the absence of it, you will not be permitted to enter the hall. 

  • After you download the Admit Card from the official portal of PU, make sure to download it and print it out. 

  • If you find any discrepancy in the document, immediately contact the conducting authority, inform them about the problem and get it fixed.

The counselling process of PUCET 2021 will begin after the result, cut off list and the merit list has been released. Based on your PUCET scores and performance in the Bachelor’s degree, the counselling process will be conducted. To get the process going smoothly, make sure to carry your original documents with you. You will be intimated by the University about the counselling schedule and venue. Right after you have been offered a seat, you will have to reserve it by paying the admission fee amount. Upon failing to do so within the stipulated time, you may lose all rights to the seat.
