Paramedical Courses are professional medical training courses that focus on training candidates to provide medical services without the supervision of a doctor. Students can develop their careers in the medical field in a short period and at a small cost. Paramedical Courses include courses like nursing, physiotherapy, radiology, and nutrition. Paramedics after completing their degree help in diagnosing the disease of a person through blood tests, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound, etc. They also help the doctors in their effort to provide the best treatment available to the patients.

Paramedical Courses are being offered at undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma level. There are various certificate courses for the students who are interested in the medical field. Even after completion of class 10th, students can study paramedical by opting for diploma courses like Diploma in Rural Health Care, Diploma in X-Ray Technology, Diploma in Nursing Care Assistant, etc. When opting for an undergraduate course students need to complete their class 12th from a recognized board scoring 50+ percent in the science stream and should have taken biology as one of the subjects of study.

Paramedical Courses enable the students to have a career in the medical field without qualifying NEET. They are trained for handling situations of panic and communicating with patients to understand them and examine them closely. They are also taught to coordinate and help the doctors during the time of operations.

On the other hand, students of pharmacy are taught the study and development of different medicines. Students are made sure of pharmaceutical medicines/drugs that are safe and effective. Pharmacists are not directly in contact with the patients and handle situations of panic or emergency.
