Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) formerly known as B.S.T.C. is conducted by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE). The Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed admission 2023 process includes appearing for the entrance exam conducted by the Department of Elementary Education, Bikaner. Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed 2023 Eligibility Criteria 

For Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed admission 2023, aspirants need to follow the eligibility criteria given below:

The above-mentioned percentage should be followed as a candidate holding a minimum percentage of 49.99% for General candidates and 44.99% for others will not be accepted at any cost. Hence, these candidates will not be allowed to apply for Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed admission.

Candidates who have taken or are taking the Higher Secondary Examination in 2023 can also apply, but they should have to produce all the necessary documents including their passing certificate at the time of counselling. 

Age Requirement

The Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed age requirements for different categories of candidates have been mentioned below.

  • The D.EL.Ed candidates should not be older than 28 years as of July 1, 2023.
  • Widowed, divorced or abandoned women will not fall under any age requirement.
  • SC/ ST, Extremely Backward Classes, Other Backward Classes and EWS candidates will be given relaxation as per the policies/ regulations established by the Government of Rajasthan.

For the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed 2023 application process, applicants should have an email ID, phone number, access to a computer with internet facility, a recent passport-sized colour photograph (for scanning and uploading in ‘jpeg/ jpg/ png/ bmp/ gif’ format are allowed and the file size of scanned photograph should not be more than 100KB), signature of the candidate using blue/ black pen on white sheet (for scanning and uploading in ‘jpeg/ jpg/ png/ bmp/ gif’ format only. File size of scanned photograph should not be more than 100KB) and online payment facility like net banking, credit or debit card.

  • Candidates need to visit the official website and click on the ‘Click here to Login’ link provided on the webpage. 
  • On clicking the link, you will be redirected to a new page having an Applicant Login Box. Below the login fields, there is a link to ‘New Registration’ and you have to click the link. 
  • After clicking on the link, you will see a Registration Form asking for your details. The mandatory fields are marked with red asterix. Once you filled in the details, you can click on the ‘Sign up’ button at the bottom to complete the registration process. 
  • Upon successful completion of the registration, you will get a confirmation message and receive an email with the validation code/ link. Click on the activation link to complete the admission process.
  • After activating your registration, you can login into the application portal and click on the ‘My Application’ tab. 
  • Fill in all the details such as personal details, permanent address and correspondence address. 
  • In the next step, candidates have to upload scanned image files of his/ her Photograph and Signature one by one. Your scanned passport photo should be within 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size and file size not exceeding 100 KB.
  • After filling up your application, click the 'Save and Proceed' button. Then you have to fill in your educational details, save it and then choose your course and proceed. 
  • Select your exam centre preference in which you will have to enter 3 choices. Click on save and proceed. 
  • The details that you have filled will appear on the screen and you need to click on the I CONFIRM THE ABOVE checkbox option & then Click on the 'Confirm & Submit' button.
  • Then click on 'Proceed to Payment' where you need to choose your payment gateway and payment type. 
  • After successfully paying the application fee, you can take the printout of the form and save it for future reference.

There are some important points for the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed admission 2023 that students need to follow. Check out the essential details listed below:

  • The applicant must submit a colour photo in the current passport size (100 KB maximum). 
  • Thumb Impression (100 KB maximum) and Signature (100 KB maximum) are both separately scanned in JPG or JPEG format. 
  • When submitting an online application, candidates must have their secondary and higher secondary certificates and mark sheets, their reservation certificate, and their subcategory (widow, divorcee, disabled, ex-serviceman etc.) certificates on hand.
  • The candidates should properly fill out the online application form individually or with their supervision. They should save all the information in the application form after carefully reviewing it according to their information if the application form is filled out using any other method, such as a cyber café, operator, etc.
  • The application form includes a list of districts that are available to choose the location of the examination. No request for a change in exam location will be considered after the application has been submitted; the coordinator's choice of exam place will be final.
  • Admit cards will be available on the official website panjiyakpredeled.in, for examination.
  • Candidates who intend to sit for the 2023 Minor Language Institute Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.) General / Sanskrit Entrance Examination need to choose their subject while submitting the online application.
  • The National Teacher Education Council's eligibility requirements must be met in order to be admitted to the teacher training course (D.El.Ed.).
  • If the candidate passes a secondary test administered by a board other than the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, he will only be qualified for admission if this exam is accepted as equal by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer. The candidate must present an equivalent certificate.
  • Applicants with physical defects or disabilities that make it difficult for them to carry out their duties as a teacher—such as being dumb, mute, completely deaf, missing both hands, which makes it impossible to use a blackboard, lacking both legs, which makes it impossible to stand in class—are unsuitable for admission to this course and should not submit an application. In addition to the abovementioned restrictions, entry will be open to blind and other disabled people.
  • A genuine certificate in the required format, issued by a District Magistrate or Senior District Magistrate authorised by the State Government, must be enclosed by the applicant. The above certificate must be submitted before the application form deadline.
  • The appropriate authority must issue the necessary certificates in order for them to be valid.
  • All candidates, with the exception of those from the state of Rajasthan, will be accepted in the general category and no preference will be given to them.
  • On a maximum of 5% of the available seats, candidates from outside the state may be admitted on the basis of merit. 
  • By paying the counselling fees, all candidates who received priority in the exam will be able to take part in the counselling. Candidates should choose the most affordable college choice to guarantee their entrance. They will be excluded from this process automatically if they are not given a college allocation. Their counselling charge will be refunded in line with the rules and with due process.
  • Two phases are suggested for the counselling of applicants who are placed in the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) General / Sanskrit Entrance Examination, 2023. In the third phase, counselling can also be used to distribute seats if there are more than 2% of the total seats that are vacant. It is suggested that the candidates' institutes or institutions be moved upward in each phase in accordance with their preferences.
