AP ECET Preparation Tips 2022 - The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET 2022) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by JNTU, Ananthpur on behalf of APSCHE. It is an undergraduate exam that helps the candidates to get admission into various Andhra Pradesh engineering colleges. The AP ECET 2022 exam will be conducted from July 22, 2022. Candidates will be able to download the AP ECET admit card 2022 from the official website from July 15, 2022. 

AP ECET 2022 is conducted as a computer-based exam, they need to be efficient with the computer techniques. Since AP ECET 2022 is a state-level exam, the competition is very high. To prepare for the AP ECET 2022 exam, candidates need to prepare systematically. When candidates follow these tips, they are able to achieve the desired scores and their dream colleges.

Analyze the syllabus and exam pattern of AP ECET 2022

Candidates need to follow the syllabus of AP ECET 2022 that is provided by the exam authority. For preparing effectively, candidates need to know the AP ECET 2022 syllabus properly. This will help the candidates to know about the topics of the exam and practice for each topic.

Knowing the exam pattern of AP ECET 2022 will help the candidates to understand the exam properly. They will be able to know the weightage of the questions, types of questions, marks weightage, marking scheme, etc. The exam pattern shows that the exam is to be conducted for 3 hours and in the English language.  No other languages are entertained. 200 questions are asked in the AP ECET 2022 exam. Prepare a timetable

After analysing the exam pattern and syllabus of AP ECET 2022, candidates need to make a timetable for themselves. This timetable should be made in such a pattern that all the topics of AP ECET 2022 are covered, and equal time is divided between all the topics of the AP ECET 2022 syllabus. 

Points to be noted:

  • Mathematics should be practiced at least 3 hours a day. Candidates need to make separate notes on the formulas, write topics and arrange them on the basis of the difficulty level, and practice the numerals thoroughly
  • Physics should be given at least 1.5 hours a day. Candidates should select the topics wisely and learn at least 2 topics a day. The numerical should be practiced regularly. A separate note is to be maintained for the formula
  • Chemistry should also be given at least 1.5 hours a day. Candidates should make separate notes, and practice the numerical and the periodic table on a regular basis

Prepare notes of the topics

Candidates preparing for AP ECET 2022 should always keep in mind that short notes are needed to be prepared for all the topics that are learned. When candidates prepare notes, the rate of learning and remembering the topics increases. Candidates can prepare notes in the form of highlights, bar graphs, and diagrams to make them look interesting. These ways are effective in making proper notes for AP ECET 2022. Candidates will also be able to revise the topic through the notes prepared by them.

Practice previous years' question papers

The most important part of a well prepared approach is that candidates need to practice the AP ECET 2022 previous year's papers. Time management is the most important thing that is required for the AP ECET 2022 exam. Important tips for AP ECET 2022 

Since AP ECET 2022 is almost near, these important tips will be helpful for the candidates who have prepared themselves for the AP ECET 2022 exam.

  • Candidates should not be hurt if they find the question paper of AP ECET 2022 to be tricky and challenging. Confidence should be constant throughout the three hours
  • The week before the exam day, candidates should sleep for at least 6 to 7 hrs every night. Candidates need to take a break of 5 minutes after studying for 30 minutes. It helps the candidates to not lose any focus and get rid of all the drowsiness
  • Breathe well and release all the tension. Start going through the question paper. Analyse it. Do not hurry and pay attention to the questions
  • The questions which seem to be easy and the candidates are confident about should be attempted before than the harder ones
  • Time management is the most essential key to a successful exam. A timer will be present on the exam screen which will be helpful for the candidates to track the time. To be efficient in time management skills, candidates need to practice the previous year's question papers, and sample papers. This will not only help the candidates to excel in time management but also help boost morale and raise accuracy
  • The weaker sections should be identified and paid more attention to. These will be needed to give more time
  • Keep the required things handy to avoid the last-minute hassle
