Aspirants can prepare a list of the topics in a separate book to cover all of them. Candidates are suggested to have a time limit for each and every topic. After learning every topic, candidates may recall the syllabus too. It is better to place the syllabus on the study table to have a glance at it every day.

Good Resources are Better Mentors

One of the important key aspects of the preparation is to find the best resources to facilitate the preparation. Good resources (good books) are good mentors who guide us to take a better path in our lives. Search and ask for better resources to make your preparation go smooth. While choosing and selecting the resources, be wise. Once obtained, candidates can enrich their knowledge about various prescribed topics.

Summarize the Main Points- Preparation of Notes

The subject of Sociology consists of many topics and subtopics. Going through the syllabus once is not enough because to qualify in CUET 2024, which is the national-level examination, candidates must revise the syllabus at least three to four times. To have a quick revision one must write down the summarized main points in separate notes. This will help the candidates to have quick revision before the examination.

Preparing their own notes will aid the candidates to retain the topics very quickly at the examination hall. Jotting down important points and making notes is another effective way of learning the concepts rather than just reading the textbook or material.

Test Your Understanding

Preparing all the topics perfectly is one of the two tasks at hand for every candidate. The other task is to test what is being understood and what is being learned. If the candidates are perfect in completing and mastering these two tasks, the desired goal is to be achieved at hand. Candidates are advised to assess themselves after learning each topic or unit and work on the mistakes if made. Aspirants of the Sociology domain are advised to take as many as mock tests, previous years` papers and sample papers, which will help candidates to know their areas of improvement and enhance their accuracy in attempting the questions in the examination.
