Dos and Don'ts for Rajasthan PTET 2023 Counselling Process: Rajasthan PTET Counselling 2023 is ongoing and is likely to be organised via 2 rounds. The counselling process is conducted to shortlist eligible individuals for the 2-year B.Ed programmes or the 4-Year BA B.Ed or B.Sc B.Ed courses. The major stages include registration for Rajasthan PTET 2023 counselling, payment of counselling fees, web selections, seat allotment, admission fee submission, and college reporting. 

The seat allotment is done depending on the web choices selected by the applicants and their merit in the Rajasthan PTET 2023. The PTET exam took place on May 21, 2023, and the results were released on June 22, 2023. Students who achieved the minimum qualifying marks in the admission test are qualified to register for the counselling process.

Dos for Rajasthan PTET 2023 Counselling 

Before applying for the counselling process of Rajasthan PTET 2023, candidates should acquaint themselves with the essential guidelines. They must strictly follow the instructions outlined below to successfully complete the counselling round -

• Applicants who achieve at least the cutoff marks are eligible to attend the counselling process.
• The students must check the entire schedule of the PTET counselling. 
• The very first step is that the applicants have to register for the counselling process. 
• The aspirants must visit the official PTET counselling portal, furnish the details, and pay the counselling fees.
• After completing the registration process, the registered candidates have to exercise web options in the choice-filling window.
• They must know the choice-filling window will be held respectively for the different phases of the counselling process.
• For the web options stage, applicants must have a good internet connection and a laptop or desktop. It is highly recommended that they submit the web choices after properly viewing the alternatives and considering their preferences.
• Depending on the web choices, candidates will be allotted seats. For seat allotment, the admission committee will also consider the vacancies available, the reservation criteria, and the merit of the students.
• After seat allotment, the selected aspirants must pay the admission fees to confirm their admissions to the assigned colleges.
• They must download the bank receipt of the payment done and submit it along with the mandatory set of certificates and documents when asked by the admission cell during college reporting.
• The upward movement of choices will be held after the college reporting is finished for Round 1 of counselling. Hence candidates must keep track of the counselling programme.
• After the seat allocation for the upward movement is published, the chosen applicants have to pay the admission cost to confirm their seats.

Don'ts for Rajasthan PTET 2023 Counselling

Some of the don’t’s the candidates must be aware so that they can avoid committing these errors during the Rajasthan PTET 2023 counselling are as follows - 

• Candidates must not forget that only registered applicants can engage in the counselling process. 
• They must not ignore the deadline and pay the fees per the admission committee's guidelines. 
• Candidates must note they have to make the admission fee payment within the specified time, or else they will lose their claim on the allocated seat.
• Candidates who do not confirm their seats per the respective phase of the counselling process will lose their seats. Hence they must take note of the cutoff date for the admission fee payment and complete it within the stipulated dates.
• Aspirants must not provide duplicate certificates or documents during the document submission or verification period. It will not only result in the cancellation of their admission and may invite legal action against them by the admission authorities as well.
