DU LLB and LLM Eligibility Criteria 2021
Clearing the eligibility criteria for DU LLB and DU LLM admissions is extremely important for any candidate who aspires to pursue any of these courses from the university. The University of Delhi accepts the application forms of only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for its LLB and LLM courses. It cancels the application form of any student who fails to qualify the conditions of admission set by the varsity. Check the detailed DU LLB and LLM eligibility criteria given below.
DU LLB Eligibility Criteria 2021
The candidate must have completed his/ her graduation in any stream from a recognised university that has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
It is essential for the student to have received passing marks in all the subjects that he/ she has in the undergraduate degree.
The aggregate score of the students belonging to the general category in graduation must be at least 50 per cent.
Students of the OBC category should not have less than 45 per cent marks in their bachelor's degree.
In their undergraduate degree, the students of the SC or the ST category should have scored a minimum of 40 per cent marks in aggregate
DU gives relaxation of 5 per cent marks to the students of the CW category. This category includes candidates who are widows/ wards of ex-servicemen/ serving personnel category. hence, their aggregate score in the qualifying degree has to be at least 45 per cent.
Similarly, the candidates who come under the PH category are given 5 per cent relaxation in their aggregate score. Thus. their marks in graduation must not be less than 45 per cent when taken in aggregate.
DU LLM Eligibility Criteria 2021
The candidate must have completed an undergraduate degree in law. This includes LLB or any integrated law course of five years.
The university from which the student obtains his/ her undergraduate law degree must be recognised and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India (BCI).

DU LLB and LLM Admissions 2021: Points to Remember
The law aspirants who are looking forward to applying for the UG or PG course of law provided at the University of Delhi must go through the important points of DU law admissions 2021. This will help them in getting a good understanding of the admission process.
Candidates who are applying for either of the courses have to fill their graduation scores of qualifying degree marks along with the class 12th marks in the DU PG admission portal (even if they had done it previously).
