- Candidates are encouraged to seek assistance from local colleges of education if they require help with completing the Online CAP form / Option Form.
- Once candidates submit their applications, they are not permitted to withdraw, modify, or change the application under any circumstances.
- The fees paid for category change will not be refunded or reserved for the next year's CAP.
- Candidates must upload the necessary documents as required.
- All participating institutes/ colleges are advised to utilize their IT infrastructure/ computer facility to assist candidates in filling out the online CAP form.
- Participating institutes in the CAP Process should download and retain a copy of the CAP Information Brochure in their office, as well as upload all CET CELL notices to their college website.
- The information provided on the college website and submitted to the Directorate of Higher Education for college approval should reasonably match.
- Candidates who are awaiting the release of their graduation and postgraduate results from the university will be accommodated in the respective round as per the Notifications rules.
- Participating colleges will act as reporting centers where they will verify the candidates' documents and compare them with the information in the Provisional Admission Letter.
- The colleges will verify the candidates' documents and cross-check them with the details mentioned in the Provisional Admission Letter.
- According to the eligibility requirements outlined in the CAP and CET information brochure, the information supplied in the online application and the papers uploaded by the candidate in the online CAP form must match the original/ self-attested documents of the candidate.
- If any discrepancies are found, the applicant will be instructed to modify the option form at the appropriate time according to the counseling schedule.
