Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka M.Tech Admissions 2021

For M.Tech admissions at the institutes offering M.Tech in Karanataka, the aspirants have to check a certain set of eligibility criteria to be able to apply for Karnataka M.Tech admissions. The eligibility criteria for the admission into the M.Tech programme offered at various Karnataka colleges are as follows -

  • Applicants should have completed their B.Tech degree study in a relevant specialization

  • The B.Tech degree of the applicants should be from a recognised University

  • The applicants must have an aggregate score of 50% (45% for reserved category applicants) at the qualifying examination

Candidates applying for Karnataka M.Tech admissions through GATE score do not have to appear in the Karnataka PGCET Entrance exam. In the first round of the seat allotment process, first preference will be given to the GATE qualified candidates followed by the PGCET rank holders.
