NATA Last Minute Preparation Tips

With only a few days left for the NATA 2022 exam, most of the students might wonder how to revise the important topics and increase their speed within such a short time? Consistent preparation on the part of the candidates is key to success in the examination.

Last-minute preparation is not meant for learning new topics which were unclear as it might lead to more confusion and hamper the overall preparation. Candidates should thoroughly revise the topics that they have studied minutely during their preparation. Solving previous year’s NATA question papers is an effective way to enhance one’s time management capabilities for the final examination.

Be Creative

As we talk about NATA, candidates should know that creativity is the key. Candidates must be adept in practicing drawing as sketching is the key to this entrance test. Candidates should practice sketching as much as they can in order to enhance their skills.

Time Management

The paper of NATA is long and tricky and candidates need to make sure that they are able to speed up their writing skills accordingly. One of the best ways to enhance speed is by solving more and more questions from the previous year's papers and attempting mock tests.

Divide the Sections

Firstly, candidates need to segregate the important topics based on their difficulty level in order to analyze how much time it would take for them to attempt the sections. Candidates should always focus on attempting the sections that they find easier first before moving to the difficult topics. It is possibly one of the best ways to attempt the NATA 2022 exam paper.

Practice with Sample Papers and Previous Year's Papers

Attempting NATA sample papers and previous year question papers will enable candidates to get an idea of the exam pattern and the type of questions likely to come in the examination. Practicing sample exam papers within a set time period will help candidates in terms of their speed and time management skills in the final exam.

Keep a Track

Candidates should allot a fixed time to each section and try to complete it within the time frame. It can be practiced by setting a timer before attempting any mock test or sample paper. It is not advisable to waste time on a single question if one is not able to identify the correct response. Tricky questions should be attempted later.

Be Aware of Tricky Questions

Candidates must select the questions that they will have to answer keeping in mind the difficulty level. They should begin with the questions that they find easier as it would require less time. Questions that candidates feel to be difficult should be attempted later with more time.

Attempt  Mock Tests

Apart from revision, it is crucial for candidates to focus on analyzing their preparation levels by taking up mock tests on a daily basis. As mock tests are reflective of the actual examination, candidates will be able to get an idea about the exam pattern along with its level of difficulty.

Regular Revision

Candidates should allot a specific time for revision purposes on a daily basis so that they do not forget the important areas that they have studied for the exam. Consistent revision is helpful for boosting the confidence level of the candidates.
