Eligibility Criteria for Design Admissions in Maharashtra
In order to apply for admission to any design college in Maharashtra, candidates have to first ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria of the desired programme. The conditions vary from college to college and must be fulfilled or the candidate will not be allowed to participate in the admission process. For UG Programmes
- The candidate must have completed class 12th (10 + 2) from a recognised board of education
- The aggregate marks scored by the candidate at the 10 + 2 level should not be less than 45 - 50%
- Additionally, the candidate must have scored passing marks in all the subjects of the class 12th level
- For admission to some colleges, English must be a mandatory subject at the 10 + 2 level
- Some institutes provide admission to the course of B.F.Tech only to candidates who have studied mathematics till class 12th
