CBSE Class 12 Sample Paper 2024-24: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released information about the CBSE Class 12 Sample Paper 2024-24 in the latest curriculum. The sample papers are now available on the official website of CBSE academics so the students can start their preparation for the CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2024. The sample papers are available for each and every subject included in the class 12th curriculum for the academic year 2024. There have been changes in the CBSE 12th exam pattern, so CBSE authorities released the sample papers at the beginning of this new academic session. The CBSE sample papers were released on March 31, 2024, for the help of the students and now the students can easily download the sample papers to prepare for the board exams. CBSE 12th Board Exams 2024 will begin on February 15, 2024, and will continue till April 10, 2024. The Central Board of Secondary Education will release the detailed CBSE Class 12 time table 2024 in December 2024. There have been some changes presented by the Central Board of Secondary Education in the CBSE class 12 marking scheme for the academic year 2024. Check the details related to the marking scheme from the pointers given below:

• Competency-based questions would be 40% including multiple choice questions, case-based questions, and source-based integrated questions.
• 20% of questions will be objective type.

CBSE Class 12 Sample Paper 2023-24: Exam Pattern

In accordance with the National Education Policy 2020, CBSE has revised the Class 12th exam pattern 2023-24. According to the CBSE class 12 revised exam pattern 2023-24, a few important changes have been made which include the increase in the number of competency-based questions in the Class 12th Board exams. 

The major changes are as follows:

• There will be 20% MCQ-based questions for class 12 in the final board exams 2024.
• There will be 40% competency-based questions including MCQs, source-based, and case-study-based questions.
• And 40% of the total questions will be short and long answer-type questions.

The major changes introduced as per NCF for School Education 2023 are as follows:

• CBSE will conduct the board exams twice a year and students will have the option to choose the best marks out of the two. 
• For the students of Class 11 and 12, two languages will have to be studied, out of which one should be an Indian language. 
• From now on, for Class 9 and 10 compulsory subjects will be 7 and 6 for Class 11 and 12.
