The Maharashtra HSC Chemistry Exam Pattern 2026 consists of four sections: A, B, C, and D. Section A includes multiple-choice and very short-answer questions, with each question carrying one mark. Sections B and C contain short-answer questions, where each question in Section B is worth two marks and each question in Section C carries three marks. Section D features long-answer questions, each worth four marks. Internal choices will be provided in Sections B, C, and D. In total, the paper will include 31 questions, and the maximum marks will be 70. In the theory exam, there will be objective questions worth 14 marks, short questions of 42 marks, and long questions of 14 marks. The students will get internal choices in long questions.
