MP Board Class 12 Supplementary Form 2025 was available in May 2025. The application forms were available from May 07 to May 21, 2025. The board accepted request for photocopies of answers sheets between May 6 to May 15, 2025. May 23, 2025: MP board allows students to apply for improvement of marks in the subjects they passed till May 25, 2025 (12 am). To improve the marks for subjects in which they failed, May 31, 2025 (12 am) is the last date.

Who Can Fill out the MP Board 12th Supplementary Form 2025?

If you fail to secure the minimum passing marks in one or two subjects then you can sit for the supplementary exams. The minimum passing marks for class 12 students in the MP Board are 33% to be secured in every subject of external exams along with an aggregate. The minimum passing marks must be secured separately in both theory and practical papers. If you are unable to achieve the minimum passing marks in more than three subjects, then you will be required to repeat the academic year.

• Step 1: You will first have to visit the official website of the MP online portal at mpbse.mponline.gov.in/MPBSE/MPBSE
• Step 2: The home page will open on your screen, where you have to click on the option called Counter-Based Forms.
• Step 3: Now, click on Supplementary Exam Form 2025.
• Step 4: The application form will open on your screen, which you have to fill out using accurate information such as your roll number and the number of subjects for which you want to appear for the exam.
• Step 5: Pay the application fees according to the subjects.
