For Chemistry subject the total marks are divided into 70 for theory and 30 for practical paper. According to BSEB 12th Chemistry Previous Year Question Paper the question paper is divided into two sections. Bihar Board 12th Chemistry Previous Year Question Paper: Instructions

• The candidates must enter their Question Booklet Serial No. (10 digits) in the OMR Answer Sheet.
• The candidates are required to give answers in their own words. The candidates are also requested to write brief answers according to the weightage of the questions allotted by the board authorities.
• The students will be allotted 15 minutes to read the question paper carefully and in those 15 minutes, it is prohibited for the students to write anything in the answer sheet.
• The total time allotted for the students to complete the paper is 3 hours and 15 minutes and the full marks of the papers are 70.
• The question paper is divided into two sections i.e. section A and section B.
• In Section-A, there are 70 objective-type questions, out of which any 35 questions are to be answered. If more than 35 questions are answered, then only the first 35 will be evaluated. Each question carries 1 mark. Darken the circle with a blue/black ball pen against the correct option on the OMR Answer Sheet provided to you. Do not use whitener/liquid/blade/nail etc on the OMR Answer sheet, otherwise, the result will be invalid.
• In Section B, there are 20 short answer type questions each carrying 2 marks, out of which only 10 questions are to be answered. Apart from this, there are 6 long answer type questions, each carrying 5 marks; out of which 3 questions are to be answered.
• The students are forbidden to carry any electronic item inside the examination hall.
