Bihar School Education Board Overview

Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) is the board that conducts the 10th and 12th exams in Bihar every year. It is a private board that conducts board exams for the schools in the state that are affiliated with the Bihar board. The board is responsible for the overall management of the BSEB Board Exam for both private & regular students. BSEB board has its own curriculum according to which the affiliated schools provide education to the students. Every year, around 25-30 lakh students appear for BSEB Board Exams for classes 10th and 12th. The chairman of the Bihar Board announced that the exam calendar for Bihar board class 10th and 12th exams will be released on December 09, 2022 along with D.El.Ed, ITI and other exams which are administered by the Bihar board. As per the announcement, the BSEB Class 12th exam will be conducted from Feb 1 to 11 Feb 2023 while class 12th practicals will be conducted from 10 Jan to 20 Jan 2023. Bihar Board 10th, 12th Registration Form 2023

BSEB releases Registration Form 2023 every year for class 10th and 12th in the online mode. The BSEB Board Registration Form 2023 is released on the official website. All the students who are going to appear for the 10th and 12th board exams will have to fill out the registration form as a mandatory process. The BSEB Board Registration Form 2023 has already been closed on October 20, 2022. The mode of application for BSEB Board 2023 is online through school mode. This means that all the candidates will have to fill out the registration form via their respective schools.

Students are required to get the admit card from their school as the school authority will download the admit card online for students. Students can check for all the details mentioned in their admit card are correct, if not they must report it to the school board immediately. Students are required to have to fill the exam application form in 2 different copies and be careful while filling the form and then submit it to the school authority. The students who will register for the exam will be eligible for the admit card to be issued one day before the exam. The students will be allotted a registration number after filling out the form which must be kept very carefully for the rest of the year.

After the registration is over, the BSEB board will release the Bihar 12th Admit Card 2023 and Bihar 10th Admit Card 2023 for all the registered students. The admit card will be released on the official website of the Bihar board. The school authorities will be able to download the admit cards from the website and distribute it to the students. • The admit card is a mandatory document that all students must bring to the exam hall.

• The overall exam will consist of theory exam and internal assessment. 70 marks will be awarded to theory exam and remaining 30 marks will be awarded for internal assessment.
• There will no negative marks for incorrect answers.
• The question paper will consist of both objective & subjective type questions, short answer and long answer type questions.

BSEB Board Pattern 2023 for Class 12th

• The full marks for the exam will be 100.
• The overall exam will consist of theory exam and internal assessment. 70 marks will be awarded to theory exam and remaining 30 marks will be awarded for internal assessment.

BSEB Board Results are expected to take place in the month of February and the results are expected to be declared in March. BSEB will release the Bihar Class 12 Result 2023 and Bihar Class 10 Result 2023 on the official website. Bihar Board 10th, 12th Compartment Exam 2023

The board conducts compartment exams which are also known as reappear exams are for the students who fail in one or two subjects. BSEB Board Compartment Exam 2023 will be conducted after the regular annual exams are over.
