RBSE Class 12 Scrutiny 2026 application portal is now open. The last date for scrutiny registration with a normal fee is April 7, 2026, and the last date for registration with a late fee is April 10, 2026. Scrutiny will help you if you are doubtful about the checking of your answer book. It is a great way to get your answer book rechecked by a different examiner. Although the statistics of students getting their marks increased after scrutiny are quite low, there is no harm in trying. The application fee to get your answer book checked again is around INR 400 without the late fees; however, you will be required to pay double if you submit the application after the deadline.

• March 31, 2026: RBSE 12th Result 2026 was released on March 31, 2026. You can check the results online or through SMS services.

What is the RBSE Class 12 Scrutiny 2026?

During scrutiny, the total marks awarded to the students will be recalculated. It will be checked whether marks have been awarded for all the questions attempted by the students or not. The carry forward of the marks will be checked on the next page. Also, the examiners will check whether or not the marks have been accurately copied from the inside of the answer sheet to the outside of the answer sheet that is on the front page. The procedure for scrutiny does not involve rechecking the answers of the students.

RBSE Board Class 12 Scrutiny 2026 Fee

You are liable to pay the following fees to apply for scrutiny of your answer sheets:

• INR 400 per subject for scrutiny (if applied within the normal 7-day window)
• INR 800 per subject for late applications (₹400 + ₹400 late fee)
• INR 100 per subject for raising objections after viewing the answer sheet
• INR 100 per question for re-examination (for subjects like English, Science, and Mathematics)

How To Apply For RBSE Board Class 12 Scrutiny 2026?

You can follow the simple procedure given below to fill out the application form for the RBSE Board Class 12 Scrutiny 2026:

• Step 1: You will first have to visit the official website of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in/
• Step 2: The homepage will open on your screen, where you have to go to the NEWS UPDATE section and click on “SCRUTINY-2026”
• Step 3: Now, click on “First-time user New registration”
• Step 4: A new page will open, where you have to register yourself. Enter your email address and phone number, and validate it through OTP to successfully submit the form.
• Step 5: You need to now select the subjects for which you want to apply for scrutiny.
• Step 6: You need to now pay the application fees according to the subjects.
• Step 7: To check your application status, you will need your credentials, which will be sent to you through SMS within 10 days of your application.

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education also provides an option for students to check their scrutiny status after they have filled out the application form online. Check out the procedure that needs to be followed by the students to do the same:

• Step 2: The home page will open on your screen. Now, click on the activated link for Scrutiny 2026.

• Step 4: Click on View Status to check the status.

How To Check the RBSE Board Class 12 Answer Book 2026?

For the students whose marks have been changed through scrutiny, the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education will publish their answer books on their official website to be checked by following the simple procedure given below. You can print your answer sheet within 5 days; after 5 days, it will be removed from the website.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
• Step 2: The home page will open on your screen. Now, click on the activated link for Scrutiny 2026.
• Step 3: Select the View Copy option.
• Step 4: Enter your roll number and password.
• Step 5: Click on Login to download/print the answer book.

What After RBSE Board Class 12 Scrutiny 2026?

As per the rules and regulations followed by RBSE, if any error is found after the scrutiny of answer sheets, then the scanned copy of the answer sheet is sent to the student after resolving the same. After receiving the answer sheet, if the students have any doubts, they can apply online within 5 days by visiting their nearest e-Mitra centre. Students need to submit the name of the subject, question number, and proof regarding the objection, along with a prescribed objection fee of INR 100. Students need to submit their objections online. The objections will be presented in front of an objection redressal committee. The objection will eventually be resolved, and the candidates will be informed online. This decision will be final.

The following guidelines must be followed by the students while applying for the RBSE Board Class 12 Scrutiny 2026, as presented by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education:

• Students are requested to submit their applications for scrutiny before the deadline for them to be considered by RBSE.
