UP Board Class 12 Business StudiesSyllabus 2023-24: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) released the UP Board 12th Business Studies Syllabus 2023-24 on its official website at upmsp.edu.in. Students appearing for the UP 12th Board Exams 2024, can download the UP Board 12th Business Studies syllabus 2023-24 PDF from the page mentioned below. UP Board 12th class Business Studies Syllabus 2023-24 has two parts: Part 1 - Principles and Functions of Management, and Part 2 - Business Finance and Marketing. The Part 1 of the UP Board 12th Business Studies syllabus 2023-24 consists of 8 chapters while Part 2 comprises 3 chapters. In part 1, the chapters like Business Environment, Organising, and Directing will be carrying the maximum weightage. All these chapters will carry a marks weightage of 10 marks. In part 2, the highest marks carrying chapter is chapter Marketing. The chapter will carry 16 marks in the exam. 

As per the latest UP Board 12th Exam Pattern 2024, there will be 50 marks for objective answer questions and 50 marks for subjective questions. There will be a total of 30 questions in the UP Board class 12 Business Studies question paper, including MCQs, very short answer, short answer, and long answer questions. The UPMSP 12th Business Studies exam will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. The minimum passing marks that students will have to obtain is 33% marks to pass the UP 12th exams 2024.
