The 2-mark questions will be in Section B, where you will find a total of 30 short-answer-type questions, out of which you need to attend to any 15 questions. Bihar Board Class 12 Accountancy Important Questions 2026 of 5 Marks

In Section B, apart from the 2 marks short answer type questions, there will be 8 long answer type questions. Each of the questions will carry 5 marks. Out of 8 questions, you will have to answer any 4 questions. Answers must not exceed 120 to 140 words. Some of the important 5-mark Bihar Board Class 12 Accountancy questions are as follows:
  • A, B, and C are partners sharing profits in the ratio of 3 : 2 : 1. They admitted D for 1/6 share. It was agreed that C's share will not be complete. Calculate the new ratio.
  • Explain the difference between dissolution of partnership and dissolution of firm.
  • A, B, and C are equal partners. Their fixed capital on 1st April, 2015 was A Rs. 10,000, B Rs. 20,000, or C Rs. 30,000. Profit of Rs. 12,000 for the year 2015-16 was shared. Pass the necessary journal entry if interest on capital is credited at 10% per annum instead of the same 12% per annum.
  • Give journal entries for the following:
    (i) A company purchased assets of X Ltd. for Rs. 2,00,000 and issued 6% debentures of Rs. 100 each as payment.
    (ii) A company purchased assets of Y Ltd. worth Rs. 2,20,000. The purchase price was paid by issuing 6% debentures of Rs. 100 each at a premium of 10.
    (iii) A company purchased assets of Z Ltd. worth Rs. 1,80,000. The company issued fully paid debentures of Rs. 100 each at a discount of 10%.
  • What is a cash flow statement? Explain any four of its objectives.
  • What is called realization account? Prepare the format of realization account.
  • On the basis of the following Revenue and Reconciliation Account and Balance Sheet, prepare the Income and Expenditure Account as on 31st March, 2017.
  • When shares are issued at premium, make necessary journal entries for it.
