ICSE Class 10 English Sample Paper Structure 2025-26
There are two different papers for English divided as per the grammar and the literature section presented by the CISCE authority. You can check out the structure of the papers from the pointers given below:
- The weightage of the paper is 80 marks and the time allotted to complete the paper is 2 hours.
- In the language paper which is paper one, students must attempt all five questions. You are advised to spend not more than 30 minutes answering Question 1 and 20 minutes answering Question 2.

- In the Literature paper which is paper two, there are four Sections. Section A is compulsory. You must attempt one question from each of Sections B, C, and D and one other question from any Section of your choice.
