ISC Class 12 Physics Previous Year Question Paper: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination is responsible for uploading the ISC Class 12 Previous Year Question Papers on the official website of cisce.org for the help of the students. Students can head to the official website to download the previous year's question papers according to the subject of their choice. The question papers are uploaded in a zip format. Students will be taking the ISC 12th Board 2024 in the month of February or March 2024. The detailed ISC 12th Time Table 2024 will be released by the CISCE organization very soon. The Physics paper will be conducted for 70 marks. 3 hours will be allotted for the students to complete the paper.
Students are required to answer all questions in the board exams. 15 minutes will be allotted to the students to read the question paper. The physics paper will be divided into four sections. Students can follow a very simple procedure to download the previous year's question papers from the official website of CISCE:
- Step 1: You must first visit the official website of CISCE at cisce.org
- Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Examinations option present on the menu bar.
- Step 3: A drop-down will open where you have to click on the ISC Examination option.
- Step 4: Scroll down and click on the Previous Years Question Papers option.
- Step 5: Now, the options for various years will open on your screen.
- Step 6: Click on the year of your choice.
- Step 7: The zip file for the previous year's question papers will open to be downloaded accordingly.
ISC Class 12 Physics Previous Year Question Paper Structure
There is a specific structure that will be followed by the CISCE authorities to construct the question paper for Physics. Check the details related to the structure from the pointers given below:
- The maximum mark allotted for the Physics paper is 70.
- Students will be given 3 hours to complete the paper.
- Candidates will be allowed an additional 15 minutes for the reading of the paper. Students are not allowed to write anything during that time.
- The paper is divided into four sections and the students are required to answer all questions.
- Section A consists of one question having sub-parts of one mark each.
- Section B consists of seven questions of two marks each.
- Section C consists of nine questions of three marks each.
- Section D consists of three questions of five marks each.
- Internal choices have been provided in two questions each in Section B, Section C, and Section D.
- A simple scientific calculator without a programmable memory may be used for calculations.
- The intended marks for a particular question will be given in a bracket right next to the question.
- All work, including rough work, should be done on the same sheet as and adjacent to the rest of the answer.
