• Step 1: Click the 'Institute Login' tab at the top of the website to log in.
• Step 2: Type in your "Login ID & Password" exactly as it appears on the intimation letter with the password.
• Step 3: Update the Head Master's contact information and an alternative communication detail on the institution's registration page once it opens.
• Note: The columns with a (*) in them are required. Since this page (Institution Details) will only be accessible during the initial login, be careful while entering or modifying any information. • Step 3: Following that, an overlay screen appears on top of the website where the payment advice is generated, requesting one last, definitive affirmation that the information you have provided is accurate (bank challan).
• Step 4: If the payment is completed, the system will issue payment advice (bank challan) and regard the information as submitted for inclusion in the compartmental examination database of the year upon selecting the "Final Confirm" option.
• Step 5: The payment advice will be automatically prepared and downloaded into the default PDF folder of your computer's browser. To open the file for printing, double-click on it.
• Step 6: Following the creation of the payment advice (bank challan), an annexure to the advice is also generated.
• Step 7: Select the "Annexure" tab that appears in the column labeled "No of Students" on the "Payment Advice Status" page to acquire copies of the annexure. The file will download in PDF format to the default location set by your computer's browser. To open the file for printing, double-click on it.
• Step 8: Select the 'Reprint advise' tab that appears in the "Reprint" column on the "Payment Advice Status" page to get copies of the payment advice (bank challan) at a later date.
