MPBSE Class 12 Geography syllabus 2023-24 includes a total of 8 units. The Part A (Fundamentals of Human Geography) comprises 3 units while the Part B comprises 5 units. The maximum weightage carrying unit in Part A is unit 3 which will carry 17 marks. In Part B, it is unit 3 that will have the highest marks weightage of 12 marks.
The MP Board 12th class Geography theory examination will be held for 3 hours. The total marks for the paper will be 100, wherein 70 marks will be given for the theory exam and 30 marks will be evaluated based on practical exam. As per the latest MP Board 12th Geography question paper pattern, there will be a total of 20 questions including objective type questions, very short answer type questions, short answer type questions, and long answer type questions. All the questions will be compulsory, and no choices will be given. From question number 1 to 5, there will be 28 objective type questions for 1 mark each.
