JAC Exam Date 2023-24: Jharkhand Academic Council will release the official date sheet for the board exams in the month of December 2023. JAC 10th and 12th Board Exams 2024 will be tentatively conducted in the month of March. Last year, JAC 10th Board Exams 2023 were conducted from March 14 to April 3, 2023, in a single shift - from 9:45 AM to 1:05 PM. JAC 12th Board Exams 2023 were held from March 14 to April 5, 2023. The date sheet will be uploaded in a PDF format on the official website which includes timings and instructions to appear for the board exams.

JAC Exam Date 2023-24: Exam Timing 

The details related to the timings for the board exams will be mentioned in the admit card or in the official JAC Date Sheet 2024. Check the exam timings as per last year's board exams here:

• For class 10th students, board exams will be conducted from 9:45 a.m. to 1:05 p.m.
• For class 12th students, the board exams will be conducted from 2:00 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. 

Steps to Download JAC 10th, 12th Date Sheet 2024

Step 1: Go to the official website of the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) Board i.e., jac.jharkhand.gov.in.

Step 2: Go to the “Examination” tab and click on “Examination Programme”.

Step 3: Now click on the link that says “JAC Exam Programme for Class X”.

Step 4: The JAC class 10th exam date sheet 2023-24 will appear on the screen. The date sheet will be in PDF format.

Step 5: Click on the download button to get the JAC Class 10th exam date sheet 2024.

Step 6: Take a printout and keep the copy for future reference.

JAC Exam Day Instructions 2023-24

There are several instructions that must be followed by the students while appearing for the board exams. You can refer to the instructions from the pointers given below:

• The applicant must ensure that the JAC 10th Admit Card 2024 and JAC 12th Admit Card 2024 have all the accurate information with a recent photograph of themselves. The admit card is mandatory for entry into the exam center.
• The applicant must reach the exam center well in advance to complete the necessary formalities. Students who reach the exam center late will not be allowed to enter. 
• The applicant must also carry a valid photo identification such as an Aadhar card for verification.
• The applicant must bring essential stationery items. 
• The applicant must follow the prescribed dress code set by the exam authorities and avoid carrying any prohibited items. 
• Electronic devices including mobile phones and calculators are not allowed inside the exam hall.
• Students must maintain a quiet and focused environment during the exam. 

JAC Class 10 & 12 Examination Preparation Tips 2024

Refer to the following essential exam preparation tips to effectively prepare for the board exams. This will help you in scoring good marks. 

Divide the syllabus: First of all, students should check the syllabus for each of the subjects and divide it in different sections. They can fix the daily targets and ensure they achieve it. This will make it easy for them to complete the syllabus in time. 

Create a timetable: Set a target for a day. Take a portion of the syllabus and complete it. By completing the daily goals, students will not feel overburdened. Hence, to achieve good result, students can prepare a timetable realizing their capability. 

Make notes: While studying the topics, it is wise to prepare notes. These short notes will help students in revision. It will become easy for them to revise the topics quickly. Especially, a day before the exam, students can revise using these notes.

Focus more on important topics: Students should check the marking scheme for the subject beforehand. This will guide them about the important topics. They can pay more attention to these topics and prepare all questions. 

Solve previous year question paper: After completing the syllabus, students should solve the questions from the previous year question papers. Solving the questions will help students to analyze their performance. 

Take breaks in between: While preparing for board exams, students must take breaks in between. It is necessary to relax your mind while studying. This helps in increasing focus and retaining things for a longer time. 

JAC Exam Date 2023-24: Exam Center 

The details related to the exam center for the JAC 10th and 12th Board Exams will be available on the admit card. Students will be provided the admit card at least one week before the commencement of the board exams.

JAC Exam Date 2023-24: Number of Registered Candidates 

The total number of students registered for the JAC Board 2024 is not yet available. However, last year approximately 8 lakh candidates registered for the Jharkhand Class 10th and 12th Board Exams. 

JAC 10th Exam Date 2023-24: Compartment Exams
