Karnataka SSLC Passing Marks 2026 are set by the Karnataka School Examinations and Assessments Board. In each subject, students need to score at least 35% marks out of 100. It is necessary for them to score at least the minimum passing marks in each subject. The first language exam will be of 125 marks and students will have to score at least 70 marks. In second language, third language, and Science, students will require 28 marks out of 80 marks. Similarly, they need to score at least 30 marks out of 100 marks in Mathematics. As per the marks scored, students will also be provided with the grades. Among the six-point grading system, A+ is the highest grade. Karnataka SSLC Subjects Required to Pass

KSEEB SSLC students have to appear for 6 subjects in board exams. The three subjects include Mathematics, Science, and Social Science) and the rest three are language subjects (first language, second language, and third Language).

  • To study Language 1, students can opt for English, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, Sanskrit, and Marathi.
  • For Language Paper 2, students can choose between English and Kannada.
  • For Language Paper 3, students can select Hindi, English, Urdu, Kannada, Konkani, and Tulu.

Students will have to appear for a total of 6 subjects in Karnataka 10th Board exam 2026. There will be 3 language papers, and 3 compulsory subjects.
