The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur, will conduct the Manipur Board Class 12th exam 2024 between February and April 2024. In contrast, the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BSEM) will hold the Manipur HSLC exam 2024 between March and April 2024. The Manipur Board exam 2024 timetable for classes 10 and 12 will tentatively be released in January 2024. The Manipur 12th exams 2024 will be held in a single shift, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. However, the exam timings may vary for a few subjects based on the official board norms. About Manipur Board

The Board of Secondary Education was established in 1972 by the Manipur Legislative Assembly Act. It is responsible for all academic activities, and over 786 high and higher secondary schools are registered with the MBSE. There are 226 government schools, 103 government aided, and 457 private schools. The Manipur board is responsible for preparing the syllabus, printing, and distributing textbooks for classes Ist to Xth. BSEM annually conducts the board exams for class Xth. Under the provision of the Manipur Higher Secondary Act, 1992, the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur, was set up in 1992. Manipur Board Registration Form 2024

On the board’s official website, BSEM will tentatively release the Manipur HSLC registration form in November 2023. Regular students can get the Manipur class 10 registration form 2024 from their schools and fill it out under the guidance of teachers. Candidates who fail to submit the form within the deadline will get a chance to submit the form with the late fee for an extended duration. The Manipur 10th registration form can be filled out online for private students. They must download the registration form from the official website and complete it according to the instructions. It is necessary to fill in the details carefully, such as the Student’s Name, Date of Birth, Father’s name, subjects appearing with the subject codes, and more. Based on the details provided in the registration form, details will be provided on the admit card and the final mark sheet. 

For Manipur class 12th students, the COHSEM registration forms will be released at chosen.nic.in. When filling out the forms for COHSEM, students must pay a registration fee of Rs. 850. In case of late submission of the registration form, students have to pay a late fee along with the registration fees. Manipur Board Exam Pattern 2024

BSEM conducts 5 papers for 80 marks each. The students need to score at least 20 marks in each subject to pass the exam. The board follows the CCE pattern, so exams are divided into 2 classifications (periodic and term tests). In Periodic Tests, 4 tests are taken in each subject in June, July, October, and November. According to the Term Test, 2 tests in each subject are to be taken in September and February. For each subject, 20% marks are considered for internal and 80% for final evaluation. All the exams are conducted for 100 marks, and students are given 3 hours. The practicals for Science and Mathematics are taken for 10 marks, and students get 1 hour for practical exams. The theory exam for both subjects is for 90 marks. 

COHSEM exam pattern 2024 for the theory exams will be conducted for 70 marks, and 30 for practicals. The marks scored in the internals, and final exams will be considered to get the final score. In all the subjects, 33% marks will be considered a minimum to pass the exam
