Tamil Nadu Class 12 Chemistry Sample Paper 2026: Structure

The following structure will be followed by DGE Tamil Nadu to frame the question paper in the board exam:

  • The duration of the question paper is 3 hours and 70 marks are provided for the question paper.
  • The question paper is divided into four parts.
  • 15 MCQs will be asked in the first part. It is compulsory to answer every question in the first part.
  • In Part 2, answer any six questions. Question No. 24 is compulsory.
  • In Part 3, answer any six questions. Question No. 33 is compulsory.
  • In Part 4, answer all the questions. There are five questions in this section.
  • Internal choices will be included in the question paper.
