CBSE Class 12 Revaluation 2026 process has been revised this year. From the academic year 2026 will be no verification option available for CBSE class 12 students because of the newly adopted on-screen marking or OSM. The new technology has eliminated any calculation errors. Now, the system automatically detects the marks assigned by the teachers and totals them. Now you need to only apply for a photocopy of the answer book, and then apply for revaluation if you are not satisfied with the marks allotted by the examiner. What is CBSE Class 12 Revaluation 2026?

The revaluation is the process under which students can apply for the revaluation of their marks. In case any question is left to be marked or there is an error in the totalling of marks, the invigilators will recheck such errors and provide students with the marks accordingly. For the revaluation of the subjects, students will have to apply for the verification of marks on the dates provided by the CBSE. The revaluation of the answers is the final step. If there is no increase in marks through the verification of marks, students can apply for revaluation. In this process, students can apply for the re-evaluation of ten questions. The students will have to pay INR 100 per question. The fee will be refunded if the marks increase. If students are in doubt about the marks achieved, they can skip the revaluation process.
