CBSE Class 12 Revaluation 2024 facility is for students who are not satisfied with the marks secured. The board has released the dates for students to apply for the verification of marks which will start from May 17, 2024. Students can apply for the revaluation online and get their answer sheets re-checked. They can also get the photocopy of the answer sheets. What is Revaluation?

The revaluation is the process under which the students can apply for the revaluation of their marks. In case, any question is left to be marked or there is an error in totalling of marks, the invigilators will recheck such errors and provide students with the marks accordingly. For revaluation of the subjects, students will have to apply for the verification of marks in the dates provided by the CBSE.

• Step 1: Students can go to the CBSE’s website at www.cbse.gov.in and proceed to the Main Website.
• Step 2: Go to the Latest Updates” section and search for "Apply for Verification of Marks".
• Step 3: The online application form will appear on screen where all details should be correctly filled.
• Step 4: After providing all the details, click on the "Submit" button.
• Step 5: Pay the revaluation fee via payment gateway or e-challan.

How to obtain a photocopy of CBSE 12th Answer Sheets 2024?

Students who are not satisfied with their marks can request a copy of their answer sheets. The students will have to apply for the scanned photocopy of the answer sheets on 19th and 20th day after the result declaration. Students can visit the official website at cbse.nic.in to apply for a copy of their answer sheet.

CBSE 12th Revaluation of Answers 2024

The revaluation of the answers is the final step. If there was no increase in marks through verification of marks, students can apply for revaluation. In this process, students can apply for the re-evaluation of ten questions. The students will have to pay INR 100 per question. The fee will be refunded if the marks are increased. If students are in doubt about the marks achieved, they can skip the revaluation process. In case, there is no change in the marks, the revaluation fee will not be refunded.

The students who have their evaluated answer sheets are only eligible for this facility. The re-evaluation process will be followed on the 24th and 25th day after the announcement of the result. The students will get two days to apply for it.

• The board will only accept the requests online and during the specified dates. No application will be accepted after the deadline.
• The students will have to pay the processing fee only through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, Postal Order, Money Order, Cheque, DD, and Cash.
• Offline or incomplete applications submitted without the revaluation fee will be rejected by the board.
• No changes can be made in the application once submitted.
• Increase or decrease of even one mark will be considered.
• If there is any change in marks, students will have to submit their present marksheet. The board will provide them with a new and updated marksheet.
