The HPBOSE 10th exam 2026 will be held for 5 compulsory subjects including English, Mathematics, Hindi, Social Science, and Science, and 2 elective subjects from the subject list - Computer Science, Home Science, Punjabi, Urdu, and Sanskrit. A total of 100 marks are allotted for each subject, which is divided into theory paper and practical/ project-based evaluation. The theory exam duration is 3 hours, and the exam consists of objective-type questions, very short answer-type questions, short answer-type questions, and long answer-type questions.
