Meghalaya 10th Syllabus 2023-24 is listed on the official website of the Meghalaya Board of Secondary Education. The MBOSE SSLC Board provides the syllabus for each of the subjects in PDF format. The syllabus document will include the topics and the chapters that the students are supposed to learn for the board exams.     Meghalaya 10th Syllabus 2023-24: English

    Meghalaya has divided class 10th English into two sections. The students have to appear for the theory exam as well as internal assessment. The internal assessment is conducted for 20 marks and the theory exam will be conducted for 80 marks. In theory exams, students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills will be tested.     • Meghalaya 10th Board Exams 2023-24 question paper will be of 75 marks. 
    • The board will conduct a practical examination for 25 marks.
    • Students will get 3 hours duration for theory exams. 
    • The board has set passing criteria. Students need to score at least 33% marks (including practical and theory) to successfully pass the board exam.
    • No negative marking will be done for wrong answers.

    What is the pass mark in MBOSE?

    The theory exam of MBOSE will be 3 hours long and will consist of 80 marks for theory and 20 marks for practicals. The passing marks for each subject will be 30%.
