CBSE Class 10 Practical Exam Date Sheet 2026 is expected to be released by November 20, 2025. For regular students, the practical exams are expected to be conducted from January 1, 2026. CBSE has also decided to conduct class 10th exams twice in one academic year from 2026, according to which the exams will the conducted from February 17 to March 6, 2026, and the second phase from May 5 to May 20, 2026. CBSE Class 10th Practical Exam Day Instructions 2026
A detailed procedure will be followed while conducting the practical exam by the school authorities according to the instructions issued by CBSE. You can refer to the detailed exam day guidelines from the pointers given below to follow them during the practical paper for a smooth conclusion of the exam:
- No external examiner will be appointed for the class 10th practical exams.
- Practical answer books will not be supplied by the Board for class 10th; the school will make all arrangements itself.
- After the conclusion of the practical exam, schools are not required to send the answer books to the regional office for class 10.
- The practical exam shall be conducted according to the guidelines shared by CBSE online.
- The marks are to be uploaded on the official CBSE online portal after the conclusion within a specified deadline.
- If you are absent for the exam, then your exam will be scheduled on the dates released by CBSE only, and no further dates will be permitted.
