According to the latest CBSE class 12 exam pattern 2023-24, each paper will comprise competency-based questions i.e., MCQs, case-based, source-based questions, etc. of 40% marks weightage, multiple choice type questions (MCQs) of 20% weightage and short/ long answer type questions which will carry 40% marks weightage.
