CBSE released the new curriculum for the fresh academic session 2024–25. Human Geography is the first chapter of Unit I that carries a total of 3 marks in the exam. Essentially, this chapter delves into the spatial distribution of human phenomena and their underlying causes.

Chapter 1 Human Geography Prepare (Nature and Scope) deals with certain concepts, including Classification of Geography, Nature of Human Geography, Environmental Determinism versus Envionmental Possibilism, and travel through timeline of human geography. Nature of Human Geography can further be divided into Naturalization Humans, and Humanization of Humans.
